AlphaPath AI Advisor Terms & Conditions

1. Service

AlphaPath Labs Ltd ("AlphaPath", "we", "us") provides AlphaPath AI Advisor, an invite-only indicator delivered via TradingView. The service offers analytics and projected price paths for educational and informational purposes only. We do not execute trades or provide personalised investment advice.

2. Eligibility & TradingView access

To use the indicator you must maintain an active TradingView account and supply your username during checkout. Access is granted manually within 12 hours of payment and remains active while your subscription is in good standing.

3. Billing & renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you select (monthly or annual). Charges are applied to the payment method on file until you cancel through the Stripe customer portal or by contacting Support@AlphaPathGroup.com. Fees are non-refundable once a billing period has begun; cancel before renewal to avoid future charges.

4. Trial period

New subscribers receive a 48-hour trial. Cancel before the trial concludes and no subscription charge is applied. If you do not cancel, the\n subscription converts automatically and the full fee becomes due.

5. No investment advice

AlphaPath AI Advisor outputs are educational tools. They do not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Markets are risky; you are solely responsible for your trading decisions and should consult a qualified professional before acting on any information.

6. Use restrictions

You agree not to redistribute the indicator or its signals, attempt to reverse engineer the code, or share your access with unauthorised parties. AlphaPath may revoke access if we detect misuse or unpaid accounts.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlphaPath is not liable for any trading losses or damages arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding month.
